Welcome to Lo Lashes Niagara! My name’s Lauren Walsh, I’m based in St. Catharines Ontario Canada. I’ve lived here my whole life.

About 3 Years ago now, I decided to quit my day job and invest in the lash extension training course. That day i decided to pursue my passion of being a business owner and professional lash technician!

Wow, was that a great idea! Since then I have continued to build a company so meaningful to me and I can definitely say I am proud of.

I grew up very artistic and particular. Which is why my goal is to run a salon at my high standards with innovation and quality that you can expect and rely on!

Wether you’ve come to Lo Lashes for a perfect lash set or to become a perfect lash tech, I’m happy you are here and I look forward to working with you!

Our Policies:

Foreign Fills:

All foreign fills will have an extra charge of $15 to account for any quality adjustments and other possible issues from previous lash extension application.

Allergy:

We offer a patch test for $10 for eyelash extension services if you are worried about getting an allergic reaction. We do not offer refunds but will offer a free removal if you develop an allergy.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for services. if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will be happy to make adjustments to your satisfaction.

Cancelations:

There is no deposit required but please be courteous let us know 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Please arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment time. If you are early, we kindly ask to wait until your scheduled appointment time. As we may be with another customer or on a lunch break.

If you are 15 minutes late or more your appointment will be marked as a no show and will be canceled or rescheduled.

Late cancellations or no shows will result in a $20 non refundable deposit in order to reschedule. The deposit will be put towards the total of your next visit.

Quick Fix:

Any retention issues following your lash appointment must be reported to Lo Lashes Niagara within 72 hours. If there was a product malfunction we will do our best to rectify the issue.
